Latest Prayer Shawls.............



One is Red Heart Rambling Rose (on top). This one was made for a prayer shawl group called "Shawls of Hope" for families who have members deployed. The other is Sedona (Bottom - El's mama's) . Both yarn is from Red Heart.

Granny Square Lap Robe



This is the first time I tried this pattern. It is a "granny square" pattern and REALLY easy. The yarn is Red Heart and the colors are Light Clay in the middle and Buff around the edges.

Prayer Shawls 101

The yarn is Caron Jumbo Prints: Color is Blue Teal Ombre. I REALLY like using this yarn. It is very soft and snuggly.

Veterans Lap Blanket


This is a lap robe I made for Trinity Church in Seymour. They are having them blessed on November 11th and will be given to the local VFW.
The yarn is Red Heart: Hot Red, White, and Royal Blue.
I was able to finish it in a week and the stitches are ALL double crocheted.

Getting started

Hubby suggested I start taking pictures of the things I make. I've made so many things and am sad to say that I don't have of pictures of past projects. I'm currently working on a baby afghan, nursing shawl, and prayer shawl. ALL pictures will be posted before the are given away.
